Monica Coburn is President and Managing Director for Nevada Business Advisors, a Las Vegas based firm providing a suite of business services for small to mid size businesses.
​
With over 20 years in the banking and finance industry, Monica previously served as a Senior VP Commercial Lending; and has held various positions within the industry including SBA Lending Manager overseeing offices in Nevada, Arizona and southern California.
​
A recipient of numerous awards, including two from the US Small Business Administration, Monica has also participated as a speaker/panelist speaking on access to capital and business financing.

Lanetta Lillis is President of Integrity partners Inc. She has experience from numerous industries from general contracting to building automation to trust administration.

Active in the community, Lanetta has served in several capacities including: Rotary Club President and Board Member; mentor, Clark County Small Business Opportunity Program (SBOP); member, Civitan; and participated as a panelist at the 2016 Quality Job Growth and Business Financing Initiatives in the Greater Las Vegas Area Roundtable facilitated by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and the Aspen Institute.

Jana Forsythe is President of a thoroughbred breeding facility and is a Business Development Specialist.
She has a MBA from the University of Nevada Las Vegas-Lee Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in Management of Technical Operations with an Aviation background from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Jana has served on the UNLV Alumni Board; was the 2016 EMBA Alumni Board President; and is an active UNLV and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Alum.
